You are stepping into a lineage of folks who have come before you.

Welcome to a vibrant community of Elders, connected, giving, & thriving. Since 2018, this rite of passage has been held 9 times in 3 locations for hundreds of elders from all over. Our Elders come from Buddhist, Christian, Jewish, Sikh, Indigenous Spirituality, and no tradition at all. Among them you'll find all walks of life, many languages, but one heart for the world.

Elders' Rites

An elder is one who is awake to their inextricable connection to all that is, and aware that the web that holds us all together is knit together with Love.

Love is the force and the source, the tie that binds and the creative power through which all is being made and held in this moment and in each moment.

Once one has seen through the myth of separation and is able to live (as best one can) out of love, eldering as a verb is as simple and unavoidable as breathing.

To Elder, is to give away one's final season for the good of the world.

This giving away isn't necessarily sacrificial and certainly not performative, it is simple what one WANTS to do when intoxicated in Love.

Elders' Rites of Passage® is the overarching brand for several offerings, including the EROP™ retreat, The Elder Weave™ and the Eldering Journey™. The EROP™ retreat is a five day intensive rite of passage for folk entering or deepening their journey into elderhood. The Elder Weave™ is a version of the EROP that is open to all. The Eldering™ Journey is a virtual companion course to the retreat offered over a period of months that prepares folk for and helps folk integrate after the transition into elderhood.
