Elders' Rites of Passage® is the overarching brand for several offerings, including the EROP™ retreat and the EROP™ Journey. The EROP™ retreat is a five day intensive rite of passage for folk entering or deepening their journey into elderhood. The EROP™ Journey is a virtual companion course to the retreat offered over a period of months that prepares folk for and helps folk integrate after the transition into elderhood.
